ORC service

ORC technology has been in use for over 40 years. There are 3.000 installations worldwide, operating at an output range from 300 to 7.500 kW. ORC technology is particularly attractive due to its high availability, low overhead for repairs and low annual maintenance costs. Many installations have been running 24/7 for more than 20 years with a failure rate approaching zero.

 		 The Organic Rankine Cycle (ORC) product line ORC-a®125LT employs a micro turbine as an expansion link with a guaranteed performance of more than 80.000 operating hours.

ORmatiC GmbH offers the following services for all ORC-a®125LT systems:

  • Sales, planning and layout of ORC plants
  • Delivery and connection of the ORC core module
  • Delivery, assembly of heat decoupling, recooling and all electro-technical components
  • Activation of the entire plant
  • Maintenance of the entire plant
  • Telephone, first aid, expert and online support
  • Emergency repair service
